  • The first year of this program was in head office Auckland, second year on site in Christchurch, and third year in Melbourne
  • Project manager for refurbishment of 150tph sand dredge ($617k project)
  • Plant operator or dump truck driver (CAT 773F and Volvo A30D) when required
  • Project manager for resurfacing 1200m2 entranceway ($200k project)
  • Project manager for installing a wash down pad with silt trap and oil separator ($90k project)
  • Worked with site managers to improve plant utilisation using MS Excel based optimisation software
  • Automated existing reporting systems using VBA and Excel

  • Travelled to all 18 NZ quarries to measure employee sound exposure
